It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Doctor Noel Alba Bell, who died yesterday in the city of Managua. Dr. Alba was a distinguished orthopedist in our Bluefields community.
Doctor Alba, originally from Cuba, became one of the finest sons of the Caribbean Coast and dedicated his life with vocation and commitment to serving his patients and the people of our region for many years, leaving an indelible mark with his human warmth and professionalism.
We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family, friends, and colleagues during this time of grief. We join in the sorrow of the medical community and all those who had the privilege of knowing him.
May his legacy of service and kindness remain in our hearts.
